This is, "the other-side reflected", and reversed viewed to create this illusion. I hope you see and enjoy the creative rendering of this regular type of scene. Causey's Mill, Virginia Historic building. The Mill and the ground is actually the reflection of the real mill on the surface of the water/lake.
