Wow! Amazing! The composition is wonderful along with the detail! Congrats! How did you not scare the little thing away? #8629016Leslie J. Morris May 22, 2010
These little ones were raised right outside our back door, she must have known what she was in for when she built her nest with little kids and pets running all around. I did use a long lens as to not get to close and cautioned the kids to keep away from the nest, but she never seemed to be bothered by all the activity. #8629117Leslie L. Steinkraus August 24, 2010
What a fantastic capture, love the family portrait! With what exact lens did you use for this close-up? Keep up the good work! #8859908Leslie J. Morris August 24, 2010
Thanks Leslie, I used the Canon 70-200 2.8L with a 1.4x teleconverter on it. #8859968Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
