Description

Digital Darkroom;
Pigeon Point Light House on the coast between Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay.

In PS Elements 6; Layered one cloud shot over the light house photo and one cloud shot under it. Used various opacity soft edged erasers to blend the shots and burned in some highlights. Created a new layer for the light using the Transparent Pastel Angle Gradient as a soft light overlay. Reduced the opacity and erased away most of the effect. Brushed in the flare
