This horse is approaching the falcon in an attempt to sniff this tow-winged strange creature.

BTW this is considered a typical behavior of horses.

This is definately not your every day kind of shot. I love the expression on the very young red tailed hawk. He seems to be just as curious but taken aback by the sheer size of the creature in front of him. I, too, would like to know what happened next. Great capture!

Of all the beautiful images I've seen at betterphoto.com, this one cheers me and stays in my mind the most.

I love this image, and while a POTD is something I have yet to accomplish and is a great honor, I think you should enter it again and see if you can make finalist or second prize.
