Cool shot! Congrats. #935235Michael H. Cothran November 24, 2004
This technique is becoming quite popular, and you did a good job with your selection tools. My only critical comment is that I feel the entire image is too harsh and contrasty, especially the geraniums. In effect, I think they need to be softened, desaturated a little, or worked on in some manner as to make them more "flowery" to the viewer. In essence, they remind me of a woman with natural beauty, whose make-up is so abundantly applied as to appear garish.Peggy Wolff November 24, 2004
Congratualtions on making POFT Cindy! Awesome! #935327Charlene Bayerle November 24, 2004

Paul, Joy, Peggy, Charlene, Janet W., Jennifer, Janet D., Wendy and Donna... Thanks so much for your wonderful comments and high fives...it means alot to me...thanks again!!!Michael: I just returned from spending time away...didn't have time to investigate this photo in my personal archives to see if there were any alteration to this photo that I might have done and forgot about. Today, I looked at the editing on this shot and...the only things that were done to this picture was contrast and sharpening...NOTHING else. So, I'm afraid that whatever "technique" you referred to that was ever so popular was not used on this photo. However, I appreciate you stopping by to take a look at it and spending time to comment. For my own curiosity, what particular and popular technique were you referring to? I don't believe that you named it. Thanks so much!
