Description

I used the bottom half of a box of valentine candy which I punched holes into and then pushed the flower stems through to keep the roses in this heart shape.Window light only.

I review the PHOTO OF THE DAY newsletter and regularly view it for both enjoyment and a learning experience. I have noticed lately that the winning photogs often do not state any camera/lens settings and details, but simply a title for the shot. I have always carefully examined these winning entries for enlightenment and further practical education. I have learned a lot in the past with a quick review each morning. Without the setting information, the exercise seems reduced to a "beauty" contest. Comments? Thank you. (BTW Elizabeth, great creativity. Excellent Bokeh!) #5495115
