:-) Hi Edwin, Graham here. Sylvia is the lovely girl in the picture :-)Gaussian blur and distort, glow are great filters for this type of result. I normally use both on a second layer that is a copy of the original then reduce the opacity of the top layer to about 30%. Then it's useful to use a mask to bring back the original picture around the eyes, nostrils and mouth so that you don't lose too much sharp detail.
