This is a spent stamen from a azalea bloom. - Canon 100mm macro, extension tube, Nikkor 50mm lens in reverse, 2 reflectors, 1 small mirror, tripod, wimberly plamp, macro slider, 1/6 sec. @ f2.8, ISO 200.

Thanks everyone!Caley, it only took a minute or two to set this up. The real work comes when the wind starts blowing, but the plamps helps out a great deal with that.
Then, the work may also come from the mirror and trying to reflect a bit of a spotlight effect down within the bloom.
