Description

Well it was a rainy kinda day so I thought I would spend an afternoon in Photoshop. I used two pics ( one of the sky and one of a horse sculpture in front of the Musee D'Orsay in Paris) Once all the cutting and pasting was done, I played with the effects until I had something dramatic.
