Kent, after reading several people's recommendations here on BP, after resizing to 480 pixels in the short dimension, I over-sharpen in Photoshop, look at the photo in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer (because that seems to be similar to what will be shown on the BP page and is always softer than what shows in Photoshop) and resharpen if necessary, then save as a TIFF. Thanks for asking. #2933991
