Meet Rosebud. She arrived at my home yesterday, my newest foster dog. She was rescued from a home with 17 other dogs and no owners; her owners had moved out, leaving the dogs behind. The dogs had been there for days with no food and no water; Rosebud was dehydrated and underweight when she came into care. She's a very sweet dog but also very fearful. It will be interesting to see how she blossoms over the next few weeks.
