Captured during one of my visits to India. Seen here is the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, a popular tourist monument in Cape Comorin, India. 4 minutes long exposure captured on a fine very early morning from the hotel balcony. Added moon using PS brush and modified starbursts too!

Randall, compared to some other shots of mine, not much was to be done except the moon and perfecting the star bursts. Blue color tone is achieved from the long exposure, I only had brighten the scene a bit. Star bursts were there too and I had to enhance them further to make them more visible. To be honest I'm not good with PS. Still have to learn those games of playing with layers and all. I usually go for actions which does most of the job for me. Then you know.... #11907230
