Great Egret Reflecting
Uploaded: January 29, 2020 | Entered: January 29, 2020 13:57:16
A beautiful Great Egret reflects on the pond waters at Wakodahatchee Wetlands in Delray Beach, Florida. The Great Egret is an elegant bird. It was nearly extinct in the 19th century due to being hunted for its feathers which were used to adorn ladies hats. The Great Egret is the symbol of the National Audubon Society.
