Last weekend I grabbed a coffee and headed to the creek to watch the sunrise. The radio was reporting a 5-10% chance of rain in the early morning. When I turned to the southwest, while driving the back-road, this thunderhead lined up perfectly with the road - Somebody was experiencing that 5-10% chance of rain!
