Description

I planted plenty of Milkweed plants in my garden to provide food for the Monarch Butterflies, whose numbers have been very depleted in recent years. To my delight I saw this lone visitor munching its way up the stalk towards dessert!

I went out to check on the milkweed yesterday and now there are 4 caterpillars including 2 small ones! A lot of the foliage and flowers have been eaten, which makes me feel this has paid off! #11520666
