This beautiful child was riding comfortably in a wrap on her mother's back. I had permission to take the photo - tried to get a smile, but all I got was this wide-eyed, solemn stare. The angle, crop and full frame, all of which I like quite a bit, were dictated by the fact that I had my 100 mm macro on and we were in a crowd so I could not get any distance to speak of without having people come between us.
