Thank you for your wonderful comments everyone. They are appreciated. Yes..after 5 straight days of rain a couple weeks ago I had to find something to shoot. So I went looking for neon lights reflecting on pavement and this is what I found.As for post processing here it is -
1) I rotated a little
2) cropped a bit tighter
3) applied tone curve adjustment
4) removed some red color cast from the WB setting I used
5) used fred mirandas PS action - FM intensities to boost the saturation.
6) and last...sharpening
