You certainly getting to see parts of the city not included on the Chamber of Commerce tour.:) It's sad to see neighborhoods fall into disrepair. They can be revived (I live in one that has been restored) but it takes time and a lot of work.Excellent find and capture here Michelle!! #10069040

This is the same sort of thing which is happening in our city, with all the empty spaces created by the earthquakes and demolitions. People coming up with ideas to fill the spaces.
