You certainly getting to see parts of the city not included on the Chamber of Commerce tour.:) It's sad to see neighborhoods fall into disrepair. They can be revived (I live in one that has been restored) but it takes time and a lot of work.

This is the same sort of thing which is happening in our city, with all the empty spaces created by the earthquakes and demolitions. People coming up with ideas to fill the spaces. Much better idea to brighten it up until they are built on again. An uplifting image Michelle. #10069070
