Yeah...that magnificent sky was materializing right before my eyes while driving toward one of my favorite migratory waterfowl hot-spots.
..and NO, I did't break and speed laws getting there.
(A few may have gotten bent, though.) ;)

The field of view of a 14 mm lens compresses the cloud formations to create really dramatic skyscapes.

Centennial Park is in Howard County, MD southwest of Baltimore. I live in Owings Mills near I#795.

Nothing like a lone tree to bring your eye to the sky, is there? This is spectacular!

That's interesting about the lens, also. The effect kept niggling me with its familiar feel. Then I remembered how some of those time-lapse shots of weather moving in look. This is about the same. Very cool. #9971361
