GREAT composition Ali, the eye leads right to the center, never leaves the frame. To get this hue of the sky with the long exposure would have been a great image alone... but working in the moon and the birds gives it the edge, well done. Did you use a split ND Grad filter, or HDR, or just pull out detail on the rocks in Camera RAW? However you did it, the balance is really good, the foreground is not overly bright which many tend to do in a wide dynamic range image like this.

No question, this one will get gold in the final round. If it doesn't, we'll all start spamming the Judges, lol! #9464723

Hi Paul D and thanks for your interesting.
The using filter is a ND grade one
and this is in my opinion is a must in this situation comparing to the circular ND's they reduce the whole scene, And this one I don't need it here because I want to darken the incoming lights from a rising horizon (the sky) and lighten down level (the water) to get a good balanced compo.
