Thanks for noticing the S/C'd flags JudyAnn. And the color around the edges were a blur filter used on a lower layer. Top layer being full B&W then softened and faded the opacity on the edges! :)
Simple like SOUP! :))) Gee Steve...GETTING GOOD? HA! And I thought I had arrived! HeeHee
