Thank you so much everyone, I have been totally overwhelmed the past few days.. I have loved every minute of it. Ok a couple of you have asked how I did this. I was very lucky, the day was a gorgeous spring day, in the afternoon a storm seemed to split half the sky in half, one side was lovely and sunny, the other was coming over very cloudy, I used three filters on the outside of the camera, blue and grey grad for the sky, and the orange filter for the forground. I have since discovered, my little cheap filters weren't really that great,, as the sky didn't show up anywhere near what it looked like on the day. I also bounced the on camera flash ( covered it with my hand) off the shed wall next to us. Post Processing was mainly selecting different parts of the sky and 'helping ' the proper colours come through, I cloned out two small power lines that ran throught the sky, slightly dodge/burned the grass area, not a lot though, if I didn't do it you would never have known, then I used neat image and ran over whole shot, I then selectivly sharpened areas, like the grass and such....i bumped up the saturation a hint for a final touch.... I personally think the effects of the photo have come down to the light that day, and the glow it was giving off, I just added some help in what was really there on the day in photoshop. If I went back today to get this shot, it would look totally different.Photography to me really depends on the day, the light, and time... you can never reshoot somthing and get it the same....
