Hi Katherine,Thanks for your comments. This is not done in Photoshop as such, except I have used Photoshop to overlay 8 different exposures where after each exposure I have rotated the camera a notch to create the twirl effect. This could also be done with a normal film camera on set to multiple exposure mode.
