This is Emma, a barn owl. She lives at the Carolina Raptor Center. I found her to be really cute in her little barn. She was watching another person just off camera right and couldn't take her eyes off of him. It was a great photo moment.

Greg, I'm so glad you stopped by to comment on my orange tulip photo because it led me here to your gallery of wonderful raptor photos! That's something I long to do -- don't have the proper lens for it yet, I'm afraid, unless I can happen upon a raptor center like this. These are all wonderful, but this is definitely my favorite.
