Air Force Chapel Ceiling

Colorado Springs, CO
The sleek and modern Air Force Academy Chapel was built in 1962 at a cost of $3.5 million. It has been named a US National Historic Landmark and is an awe inspiring sight. A sunny day bathes the interior in colored light from the stained glass that fills the gaps between the huge tetrahedrons that form the structure.
