Yet another image of Hasse House in Art, Texas. This is a great guesthouse that we stayed at during bluebonnet season this year. Fantastic place. You have it all to yourselves and it is on hundreds of acres of ranch land with streams and wild flowers in abundance.

Lovely photo. My first thought was the coast of Maine and the children's story, "Miss Rumphius," by Barbara Cooney. I didn't know about bluebonnets in Texas. We call them lupine here in Maine. Really like the fog and emphasis on the flowers in the foreground. #1462571Patrick Rouzes June 18, 2012
