When I took this macro shot of the gecko's eye I truly had to believe in a supreme being because of the complexity of this little critter.

Aren't they just the most amazing critters, tho!!! Yep, I've had the same revelation...the wonderfully various colored scales, the many patterns and textures of those scales, the eye - the pupil so black and rimmed in gold, his ear, his tiny nostrils...what a marvelous job you've done bringing all these wonderful aspects of this tiny critter to the forefront so beautifully..and good grief, I'm writing a book here on the marvels of a gecko! :) Excellent, excellent macro work, Heather! #9385578
