Description

This is a rework of a previous post.
Millenium Bridge across the Thames, London. A windy wet day in March far too windy and busy for a tripod. I handheld at 1/15th sec f13. Did manage to find one shot where the background wasn't too shaken but I gave it a slight touch of poster edge. It is also a composite of some of the people.
