Bravo Douglas! WONDERFUL - LOVE IT. The wide angle and your treatment are spectacular. The drama in the sky is icing on the cake. Looks like a winner to me. Keep them coming. Best Regards, Steven #7640284Robert S. Grauer June 17, 2009 0
Stunning! excellent use of fisheye lens. The sky is awesome. I hate to be picky but how about retouching out the little black dot in the sky top right? #7641031Douglas Stratton June 17, 2009 0
Thanks all!please be picky.. I looked at that dot and I was ready to fix it but. once you get in closer it's a helicopter not dust or anything... so let it be I say... #7641160

Great POV and presentation Doug. Congratulations on your SnapShot feature and win! #7945332Douglas Stratton September 15, 2009 0
Thank You all for commenting! This photo was also a finalist in the Lucie awards this year. Makes me wonder why it only got 2nd place on better photo...Anyway, one thing that I think BP is missing is the ability to see some of the best shots that are on this site on a larger scale. You get to see some of the best photographs on the internet from month to month but, not the sizes you wish.
If you would like to see this photograph so that you can truly see what's going on than, please see this link below and thank you all again!
