Rolan- What can I say? Mystic windows, magical picture. Absolutely astonishing. What a reflection with such beaufiful colors and amazing details. I love the rich blue of the sky to offset the color of the building. The lines are incredible.

BRO-LAN! WAKE UP!!! YOU WON!!!

I am a bit concerned. Almost everyone I know has noticed a dramatic drop in EFP's that were very encouraging for us to receive.

Are you sure this is a wise business move? My husband and my occupation is SALES and we know that just ONE HAPPY SATISFIED PERSON can bring MANY OTHER people who will buy.

Even if that one very satisfied customer doesnt BUY MUCH, very likely their friends they refer *WILL*.

When you lose ONE CUSTOMER this means you have lost a wealth of potential customers.

I just thought I'd convey this truth to you. Your clients are content when you recognize their great work with EFP's. Even if they dont win, it's GREAT Public Relations for you.

Please reconsider your recent changes.
