Description

My first attempt at water drops on glass placed above an object. A touch of radial blur and the smudge tool rendered the splash effect in PS. I hope you like it!

I like it , I got the same effect when I used soap bubbles . Have you tried oil in the water ? Anyway , love the color and off center comp and the teeny tiny flowers . #1107004
