A most worth 1st Place BP Winner! A great find and an equally great photograph to lift the subject above its dilapidated status to a work of photographic art.

You have selected a most interesting part of this classic old car and framed the shot very well indeed at just the right angle to show off the lines as well as to show the surprisingly still intact headlight in all its clear, crisp detail.
Very well lit and equally well exposed with well handled contrast and highlights and good earthy, rusty colours.
The reflection in the headlight rim is a nice touch.

Janet, I swear I believe this is a 1939 based on the chrome strip on top of the headlight. If I'm not mistaken, the 1940 had a parking light on top of the headlight. Either way, it doesn't really matter as this is one magnificent piece and a fine display of your talent!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! #10294232
