I usually look at photos and think about the technical aspects of the composition first. On this photo, yu took a subject that I would have never thought to shoot and made an great image. My first thought this time when I saw your photo was, "very cool!!!"
I started to wonder then if you used a filter to get the detail in the sky. What film did you use, etc. It is very difficult to get an black and white Internet image to look as good on the screen as it would on a print. You created an image that is outstanding on any media. #63845

This is a digital image, taken with my Olympus C-2100 UZ set to the B&W mode, a Hoya Infrared (R72) filter was used.
The print has as much detail as you see here at BetterPhoto. #63848
