Charles...I tinkered with the original photo using Adobe Elements. I wanted brighter colors and higher contrast. After I got the photo to my liking I used the "palatte knife" filter and tinkered with that until I got the desired results. The last step was using the "splatter" effect for the edges of the photo.Shirley D. Cross-Taylor October 06, 2001
