Hi America, using a D60 to get this photo the evaluative mode was used and metered off of the bright areas of the sky, but not directly at the sun. Take a shot and check it on your LCD. You can use the "info" button to see the historgram and check for too many overblown sections. Having some is okay, but too many will ruin your photo. Adjust to the desired exposure with your shutter speed or step exposure control dial. #145828America B July 19, 2003
