Lost Falls in Monteverde
Uploaded: March 12, 2013 11:54:05
These falls were photographed high in the Monteverde cloud forest of Costa Rica while howler monkeys high in the trees loudly protested my presence. Climbing down a wet, steep valley wall using ropes to assist, I found these these beautiful falls well worth the effort. Shortly after my visit to these falls they were destroyed by an earthquake.

WOW! You risked life and limb for this, TED, but what a sensational capture! Especially sad to see them go. Congratulations on a superb Finalist (I am so far behind, am still going through them) #10679837Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
