Fillmore & Western [S Curves, Bokeh, Special Effects, Filters Creative Photography Techniques]

Another image of the Fillmore & Western Railway - I erased most of the background and applied a texture from French Kiss. I then applied one of the opalotype presets from Topaz B&W Effects to give it a more vintage look. I used a cloud brush from Obsidian Dawn to add in the background clouds.
