This is just an all-around wonderful photo, Monika. Composition, light, detail and the little girls expression. This is just my thought, but I like the implications of the contrast between the girl, (her fragileness) and the columns (there strength). Like you have between a child and parent. Duane C.

Thanks for the wonderful comments, everyone! I took this photo yesterday, while Kate and I were visiting the University of Washington in Seattle. It was the second time when we went there together, but for us it’s never enough ;-). I have some plans for the future, I’m thinking about taking some Infrared photos, but I need less people than there usually is on week days. Just busy days for all students (I hope they have breaks on weekends days? ;-) Once again, thanks! Duane, your comment made me proud of my photo! You see much more than me ;-).
