Larissa, I used a 100mm macro lens with a polarizing filter on this shot, ISO 100, aperture 22, shutter speed 0.3, on a tripod. I moved the camera slightly back and forth when I took the shot. In Photoshop CS, I increased the contrast slightly and added the VP preset filter, toned down a little, to bring out the yellow in the flowers. That's it!

Thank you all very much!!! Katie, my settings were aperture 22, shutter speed 1/30, ISO 100, using my 100mm macro lens with a polarizer to cut down on some of the sun's glare. The camera was on a tripod, so I just nudged it very gently, took about half a dozen exposures and kept the two best.
