Metering in the dark I have a pentax MZ-50 and on a recent occasion, I found that my camera will not meter off of anything in the dark. I am getting an AF-330FTZ flash for my camera in the hopes that the extra light (whatever the terminator light on the front is called) will help. Am I sorely mistaken? My friend has an Elan with a similar flash, and he has no trouble with metering in the dark.
