Olympus supertelephoto I currently own and use an OM system which I enjoy very much. I have been using a 300mm f4.5 Zuiko with a 1.4 TC for bird and animal shots but have found that this setup is a little too slow for the "good light" and for critical focus. I have been looking for over a year for a Zuiko 350mm f2.8 on the used market to absolutely no avail. My question is, should I continue looking or should I give it up and try for maybe a Canon or Nikon lens of that length and speed with a used manual body , and use that setup just for my birds and animals? I know that trying to find that Zuiko lens is becoming quite frustrating. What would you do?
