Trouble getting into BP Is anyone else having to login here every time? When I go to log in I have to type in my e-mail and password!

Depends the time of day. Around 6am Eastern time can be a problem.

Bill, doesn't matter the time of day, it's everytime I try to log in I have to type in my e-mail and password! It must be something I said! :-)

Joannie, you may have accidentally unchecked the "Remember Me" box when you logged in. It is right below the box where you enter your email and password. Check it before you click the button to log yourself in, and you should be fine from then on -- but if you log out, you will have to check it again when you log in. Hope this helps.

Thanks Mary, when I come to BP and I click "log in", a page comes up everytime with my e-mail and password boxes empty! I always click on "remember me" everytime I log in! Next time I log into BP the information boxes are empty again, I have to fill them in everytime and I don't know why!

Joannie, by chance are there other web sites that have remembered you, but don't anymore? Just wondering if this is confined to BP only?

My husband Jim is the computer expert in this household and he checked my cookies (that doesn't sound right :-) and all the settings are correct! He is still digging! Thank you one and all for your help!
