which one should i buy?
can anyone tell me which kind of camera to buy? Canon EOS G date 35mm SLR or Canon EOS ELAN 2 35mm SLR? or if you have another suggestion for a 35mm camera for an amature looking to take pictures of everything from people to sunsets and clouds please tell me. thanks.

If you can get them for nearly the same price, I'd get the Elan II (Actually I do have an Elan IIe ;-) ). It has more advanced features, better build, and is easier to use in full manual.
