Hello all, I am looking to buy a scanner that scans 4000 dpi, and wonder if any of you have one or know of a good one? I currently have an Epson Perfection 1650, but want one that will do a higher dpi. Thanks in advance!Stephanie

Read Steve's comments on the Nikons at sphoto.com. Look also at Popular Photography's review of the Canon 4000US in a recent issue. The Nikon connects to your computer with Firewire or USB; the Canon uses SCSI or USB2.
