Hassleblad XPAN Developing I just bought the Hassleblad XPan. It does the panoramic pictures by using 35 mm film and essentially putting 2 35 negatives together (136mm). I live in NYC. Does anyone have a clue as to where to get this developed? I have been to 10-15 of NYC's top pro print labs and none of them do it. Does anyone have any ideas?????

If it's just 35mm film then any lab can develop it. If you need it printed then any custom lab should be able to do that.

Sorry, you are correct... developing isn't the problem... I should have been more specific.... it is the printing... Custom Labs can't do it b/c their machines can't handle the double 35mm exposure and to do it by hand they don't have the carriers to accomodate it. So, I'm completely stuck...

Actually, custom labs can do it because they don't print everything on a machine. That's what makes them custom. Unfortunately, some labs call themselves custom when they don't offer all the services of a true custom lab. Even one of those custom labs should have a source they could send the film to to get it done. Otherwise check out professional custom labs in your area or contact a photography studio and ask them if they know where to have it done.
