Copyright Infringment

Is it legal to photograph a collection of items, market and sell them as a jig-saw puzzle without each manufactor's permission? This puzzle will not be used in any kind of advertizing and no logos seen.

If the items are in ANY WAY recognizable tradmarked or copyrighted even if you don't show a logo, No, it's not legal.

I'd suggest talking to an attorney before you attempt to sell anything, this is very complicated subject. Copyright/trademark infringment can cost alot of money.
