what happen? what happen to all the courses, an no more instructors do I see.looks like some big changes were made since I last bought a course. I dont even get a news letter

Ronald, BP no longer offers many of their courses. There wasn't much said but it was discussed in the forum. Maybe in the future, they'll offer more.

There's some glitches with the website also. I just purchased a class, which is wonderful, but I have a major error and I haven't heard back from anyone yet and there's no telephone number given to contact anyone. The forum activity seems to be dated and everything is automated. This is really unusual for this site.

Bonita, there's only ONE class I'm aware of, and Jim M recently announced this on June 23rd, and here's the link: http://www.betterphoto.com/product/OurProductDetail.php?productID=1942 Here's a quote from Jim's e-mail "I am teaching a new course where you can get feedback on your photos! It's called "Your Next Adventure in Photography" and will focus on making OUTSTANDING photos with natural light, using powerful design concepts and my best exposure techniques. It starts soon and the deadline to sign up is in TWO days. (June 25th at midnight)" Ken Smith typing again....If this is NOT the course you signed up for, then it's possible you found an outdated link somehow. This happened to another BP member a few months ago and BP refunded their money. They had a bookmark to an outdated call/instructor page.

Thank you for responding Ken. I have not seen that link. I've been away from this site for a while and decided I would start back by taking a course. I clicked the link at the top of this page, "Courses" and it led me to four classes. They were value courses at $97 each and was the only options I saw. The billing link seemed to be overactive and I need it taken care of. I'm sure someone will contact me soon. I've never had problems before.

Yes, it sounds like two things going on here. 1) we have 4 self-paced classes and (now) 1 (awesome) interactive course :) 2) you have an email into BP Support. Nothing is automated. You will get a response from a real person. The team is a bit overwhelmed now but we are all working very hard to catch up. I imagine you'll hear back today. Thanks for your patience. And thank you so much Ken for helping... you so totally rock, dude ;-)

Thanks Jim! The self paced course on lighting and exposure is fantastic. I have learned so much. I tried that other guy's video course once, and it's not nearly as detailed or informative as your course. I highly recommend it!
