A question about copyright I am selling photo notecards and I am confused about something. In some of them, I am using teddy bears that I own -some are Cottage Collectible bears, some Boyds, etc. The photos do not show trademarks, etc, and there is nothing identifying the bears. Do I need permission to use them in my photos? Thanks.
