Pricing matted/framed prints for sale

I have talked to the owner of a family restaurant in my town about displaying some of my pictures in his restaurant for sale and I have chosen a few pictures to take in but I have no clue about pricing. I definitely do not want to overprice and minimize my chances of selling. If anyone has some good advice about how to figure out a fair price, please let me know... I need all the help I can get... THANKS :)

Also... if there are pictures on my website (www.tammyspics.com)that you think would sell better than others, please share that with me to... thanks again :)

Paul Gigueres Podcast discusses photo pricing. You can find it on the Photocast Network "Thoughts ON Photography" ToP #0012: How to Price Your Photographic Prints.
You might also want to consider that often times your prints will become greasy in a restaurant environment. I have avoided showing in restaurants for that reason. A coffee shop isn't too bad in that regard.
